Then we stage it: pillows fluffed, furniture back where it goes, and a check under the beds and in the drawers for anything the last guest left behind. The visit can be adjusted to how you run your rental.

- Sinks, toilets, showers, shower walls, tubs, mirrors and fixtures sanitized, toiletries restocked.
- Linens
- Beds stripped, washed and remade with clean sheets, bathroom towels replaced.
- Laundry
- On-site linens and towels washed, dried and folded.
- Fabric refresh
- Sofas, drapes and carpets sprayed with a mild multipurpose disinfectant.
- Restocking
- Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and welcome items you provide.
- Dusting and floors
- Every surface dusted, every room vacuumed, swept or mopped.
